Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
These terms apply to all users of the 16x platform, whether or not they are registered members. By browsing the website, registering, betting, gaming, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering on 16x, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these terms, and the account may be closed at any time.
Each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them may be suspended. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, OTP) confidential.
- Any unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to 16x immediately.
- Transferring or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Accessing the platform using automation software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
- If fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or manipulation is confirmed, the account may be terminated and the balance forfeited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 16x platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank channels.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be displayed on the platform and are subject to change. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Funds in your account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
- Specific turnover requirements apply to bonus funds; the equivalent amount cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
- If an incorrect amount is credited or displayed due to a technical error, 16x reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
- 16x reserves the right to suspend and investigate any transaction where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Betting, gaming, and lottery services on the 16x platform are used at the user's own risk. Each game or bet has specific rules that are displayed during the active session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of any software, data, or content on the platform.
- Any attempt to harass, defraud, or mislead other users.
- Probing for or exploiting security vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by using multiple accounts.
- Placing bets or managing payments through a third-party account.
16x reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any game, market, or service at any time without prior notice.

16x is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, or data loss arising from use of the 16x platform. This includes issues caused by technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party errors.
Betting and gaming are inherently financial activities that carry risk. Users participate at their own discretion and at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 16x platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, and text — is the intellectual property of 16x or its licensors. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
16x may utilize third-party payment services on its platform. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms and conditions. 16x is not responsible for the actions or conduct of any third-party service providers.
Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
16x may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Fraudulent activity or failure to complete KYC verification.
- Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).
- Account closure at the user's own request.
If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and the closure was not due to a terms violation, the withdrawal request will be processed.
Changes to Terms
